Our red iron steel buildings are solid, and very useful. Construction starts with concrete floor reinforced with rebar. Then we add vertical 26 gauge steel walls and roof and all the options you need, such as insulated (or non-insulated) overhead doors, walk-in doors, windows, fiberglass insulation, spray foam insulation, porches, wainscot, lean-to’s, guttering, cupolas or weather vanes. This style building has many commercial and agricultural uses, but also makes a great house or home workshop.
The Purpose of a Site Visit
The site visit is essential to your building project. We will dedicate a project manager to you that will ensure that the project is done right from the beginning dirt work to the final walk through. The site visit includes consultation for your building placement, building designs, grading your property for dirt work for your concrete pad, proper drainage, and so much more. The cost of this service is included in the price within your quote.
In most cases we can set this up for you over the phone and have your contract sent to you for approval and your electronic signature.
Monolithic Concrete Foundation System
4” thick concrete slab using 3500 PSI cement mix, 3/8” rebar grid on 24” centers, fiber reinforced concrete, 8”x12” perimeter footing/thickened edge (with two runs of ½” rebar around perimeter, & 12” diameter x 36” deep piers every 10’ around perimeter.
