In 2002, Dallen founded Better Barns in Oklahoma, bringing his wealth of experience to the storage solutions industry. In addition to his role at Better Barns, Dallen serves as the pastor of Trinity Free Holiness Church and principal of its private K-12 school in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma.
